- Inappropriate or suggestive comments, jokes, or imagery.
- Disruption of talks, workshops, or other event activities.
- Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
- Aggressive behavior, threats, or verbal abuse.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to a member of the organizing team or contact by email with the organitation: mfc2025@ifca.unican.es . All complaints will be handled confidentially and promptly.
Consequences of Misconduct
Anyone found violating this Code of Conduct may be:
- Warned formally by event staff
- Asked to leave the event without a refund
- Banned from future events
- Reported to local authorities if necessary
